Shiyue Zhao | 赵世越

I received my Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in June 2026 under Prof. Junzhi Zhang, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My research focuses on decision-making for CAVs, driving VLA systems, wheeled robot decision-making and control, human-centered AI, and efficient RL algorithms.

👨‍🎓 About Me

Hello! My name is Shiyue Zhao. I received my Ph.D. degree from the School of Vehicle and Mobility of Tsinghua University in June 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Junzhi Zhang.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering at Central South University in 2021. From October 2024 to September 2025, I was a visiting scholar at the Next Generation Mobility Systems Lab at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, under the guidance of Dr. Neda Masoud.

My research focuses on decision-making for CAVs, driving VLA systems, wheeled robot decision-making and control, human-centered AI, and efficient RL algorithms.
